LimbPower’s Primary and Junior Games will be held on Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th October, at the Stoke Mandeville Stadium.
PRIMARY GAMES – Introducing young amputees and the young ambulant disabled between the ages of 6-11 to a range of sporting activities in an inclusive environment.
Sports: athletics, cycling, football, table tennis, tennis, swimming.
JUNIOR GAMES – Introduces ambulant disabled children between the ages of 11-18 to key Paralympic sports, with instruction from qualified coaches and experienced athletes.
Sports: athletics, athletics, cycling, football, table tennis, tennis, swimming, Powerlifting, basketball, volleyball, archery, shooting and fencing.
LIMBPOWER PRIMARY AND JUNIOR GAMES
This event is a great opportunity for children and parents to socialise with other amputees and to take part in sport. The Primary & Junior Games will help young amputees to learn new skills, have fun and importantly to discover their potential through sport.
