Calling Bader Braves: an opportunity for you and your family or carers to share a Braves Family Sailing Experience at the Bristol All-Aboard Watersports Centre.
These events will be organised on a slightly different basis – Covid-19 has necessitated a lot of changes in so many ways – but it is wonderful to be able, finally, to offer you an activity on our website!
You’ll find the details on the flyer below. If you would like to take part in a session on either a sail or powerboat, please contact David Bickers by emailing: .
He will send you an application form which, if approved for safety by All-Aboard Watersports, will be exchanged for a voucher and sent to the family along with contact details and information.
You can then book your Family Sailing Experience session as a Bader Brave at the Bristol All-Aboard Watersports Centre, Baltic Wharf, Cumberland Road, Bristol BS1 6XG. These sessions can take place in either a sailing or powerboat. Please note that there is a maximum of 6 people allowed in either, to include the qualified instructor. For safety, there is a restriction of 2 wheelchairs per group. Sessions are 2.5 hours long. You may need to supply some of your own equipment, please check the flyer about this and other important details before applying.
