Free live and online fitness

FREE live and online fitness classes are available through LimbPower.

If you are an amputee or have a limb difference; would like to be more mobile, reduce falls and improve your balance; have more control of your prosthetic; would like to increase your energy or want to be fitter and more confident, these free live and online fitness classes could be for you.

Join the adaptive movement and save the date in your diary to join LimbPower’s weekly FREE  live and online fitness classes.

During the week you can choose from Relaxing seated Yoga, mobility and meditation led by personal trainer, Ben Clark; Zumba with Kaaren Admiraal, a qualified personal trainer and instructor; Seated cross training with Ben Clark and Paracise or Wobble, both led by personal trainer Liv Chapman. At the weekend you can get physical doing Paracise with Kaaren Admiraal and Yoga and Meditation with Angela Schroeder, a Yoga and Meditation Guru with over 20 years of experience. offered for the weekend.

All LimbPower fitness classes are designed by qualified professionals who are physically disabled or work with physically disabled people.

You can also register for LimbPower’s ReVAMP 12-week fitness and nutrition programme, which will start in mid-September.
